As part of our on-going strategy to deliver more value to our clients, Reroute offers FREE training & support countrywide. One-on-one training sessions can be arranged if needed. Catura offers the following services to its customers:

SUPPORT

Implementation

Implementation can be done onsite or remotely.

Training

Training is done once the implementation is concluded. As new features are added we update our clients of the new features through email correspondence.

Support

Technical support is available via the Reroute call centre where the trained technical staff are waiting to assist our customers.

Cloud

Our cloud based software is hosted by Afrihost with backup.

Security

Catura have a double authentication to ensure a secure transactional environment.

Maintenance

Reroute improves the Catura system with ongoing enhancements and additional features. Once it is published it is available immediately to all customers due to the Cloud technology.

Consulting

Reroute will do a consultation session with client to understand the needs and are willing to customize the software as needed.
